Hotel Philoxenia

The hotel, owned by Nick Papanastasiou-civil engineer-was established
in June 2010 just after the end of its contruction.It is situated just half
 a km away from the town of Thiva,on the way to Ampelochori village,
 at the edge of the pine forest of Agia  Triada. 
     

The two-storey building (ground floor and 1^st floor) is built in a 4.000
m² property (out of the city limits-scarely built) in a natural environment
where calmness and quietness prevail.

In the fascade of the building there's an asphalt paved parking area 
for 30 cars.
There's an additional car park area (1000 m² ) Northeast of  the building.

 

We have to point out, that we are the ONLY hotel in Thiva

·          that offers parking lot spaces, and

·          is located outside of the main pedestrian precinct of the city,
where parking conditions are very difficult and noise pollution
is at the highest level.

      In the surrounding area we offer :

• A pool of 100 m²  lit all-night long deepening from 0.90 m to 2.40 m.
  During the summer season there's always a lifeguard present, approved
  by the National Tourist Organization
